The Health and Wellness Coach is someone who draws out your inner desires and assists you in conjuring achievable goals, take responsibility and make those first steps towards your vision a little easier.
Before the initial consultation the client will be asked to complete a Wellness Questionnaire, this is an integral part of the journey as it helps you to paint a clear picture of what it is you want to change and why.
The initial consultation is typically around 90mins and you can expect to have written a clear and inspiring vision to work towards. This vision is the ideal you, it is where you want to be and why, it is how you look, how you feel, how you interact, how you mother or father or be a friend, it is you in your most ideal form!
Coach and client will collaborate in creating some weekly goals that are specific, measurable, attractive, realistic and time framed, these goals are in tune with your vision and become the pathway to achieving your dreams. Along the way these goals can change, adjustments can be made to best fit your inner guidance as you start to hear your soul speak a little louder.
A life changing 3 month package includes follow up consults on a fortnightly basis for around 30 mins over the phone, in person or video chat, whichever works best for you. These follow up consults can provide better clarity, amend goals that might need some work, and also create 3 - 4 three monthly goals to work towards.
I am your coach but you are the champion, I only assist in conjuring the strengths and abilities you already possess but may have long forgotten about, it is this awakening that can truly facilitate lasting change and help you live a life with more purpose, more vitality, more aligned with your inner desires and truth.
In my consultations you can expect to enjoy a guided meditation and body activation which helps to quieten the mind from it's usual busy-ness and connect on a deeper level with what it is you're desiring to change and why.
